Our Tribes
To build the bridge between our Fellows and exemplary opportunities we have assembled several “Tribes” of Support. We call them Tribes for a reason. Tribes are anchored to an idea, not a single individual or organization. The collective is what creates real and lasting value. Our Tribes establish strong, deep bonds and work together for the betterment of our entire ecosystem. This is the expectation we set for those who join our Tribes.
Coaches
The Coaches our Fellows have access to while progressing through THF are a tremendous asset. They come to THF with proven professional track records for guiding others and offer crucial 1-on-1 advisement. They are critical in getting our Fellows from Indoctrination to Graduation during the 100+ hours of curriculum, 27 outcomes, and achieving the goal of formulating a clear and concise transition plan.
Mentors
Our mentors bring wisdom – gleaned through both successful and unsuccessful decisions in life – that benefit and accelerate our Fellows’ learning. As Fellows graduate, they are introduced to a large cadre of Mentors that will carry them forward, for life.
Executive Sponsors
We like to say that we don’t partner with amazing companies, we partner with amazing individuals who happen to work at amazing companies. Our Executive Sponsors help us identify culture fits and discover meaningful roles for our Fellows within their organizations. They have the motivation, drive, and overall influence to put plans, actions, or introductions into effect in support of The Honor Foundation mission.
THF Alumni Network
The first and only alumni network for the SOF community, the THF Alumni Network leverages both THF graduates, other transitioned members of the SOF community, entrepreneurs, and local industry leaders who are standing by to create exciting opportunities for our Fellows in cities nationwide.
